We are requesting Black Tie Optional attire. We hope you will dress to impress! For Men: A tuxedo, suit (tie optional), or a formal dress shirt and tie. Lighter fabrics suitable for summer are welcome. For Women: An evening gown, formal cocktail dress, midi dress, or maxi dress. Color Palette: We kindly ask that you avoid wearing white, light gray suits, and blue dresses, as these colors are reserved for the wedding party.
Since the ceremony and reception are both outdoors at Stone Crossing, you will be walking on grass and stone surfaces throughout the evening. We strongly recommend block heels, wedges, or flats. Please leave the stilettos at home so you don't sink into the grass!

We love your little ones, but we have decided to make our special day an adults-only* event. We hope you understand and can enjoy a night out to celebrate with us! *Ages 15 and older
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will be held outdoors. There is an indoor area available for the buffet, desserts, and restrooms, but please plan to spend the beautiful summer evening outside. It can be hot during the day and cool down once the sun sets. We recommend checking the forecast!
We are having an unplugged ceremony. We ask that you please turn off your phones and cameras and be fully present with us during the vows. We have hired amazing photographers to capture the moment, and we promise to share the photos with you! Once the reception starts, snap away!
We are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes!
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. We suggest arriving by 4:30 PM to grab a glass of champagne, find your seat, and get settled.

Eagle has plenty of rideshare options (e.g., Uber, Lyft), and if you booked your hotel through our room block, the hotel will provide a shuttle service directly to the venue!
Yes! Stone Crossing has a large parking lot and an overflow lot as soon as you turn into the venue. The parking lot will have signage directing you where to go for the champagne welcome.
Guests will be directed to the bridge patio area for the cocktail hour.
