Question

Why Blenheim?

Answer

Blenheim Hill Farm is owned and operated by the Michelin-acclaimed restaurant Blenheim in New York City. It's a living farm with many breeds of livestock and hundreds of crops in its hydroponic greenhouse. We will enjoy farm-to table, naturally organic food cooked by their Michelin-rated kitchen starting at Cocktail Hour until Dessert. It's not only a stunning setting, the farm has some cool history too! The farm dates back to the 1740's with a fascinating history and was the site of various skirmishes during the American Revolution. Just shy of 3 hours from George Washington Bridge

Question

Where do we stay? And when do we book?

Answer

Book ASAP! Check out our Travel Page! Many accommodations are already fully reserved.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

This is a formal event; evening-wear No khakis, no jeans, no sneakers, no shorts, no sundresses etc.

Question

Can I take pictures?

Answer

Not during the ceremony. We are so happy you are joining us for our big day and it means the world to us! As nothing captures life better than your own eyes, we ask you to tuck your phones and cameras away during our ceremony. We want you all to be truly present as we walk down the aisle and exchange lifetime vows. We know it'll be tempting but we will share every professional picture with you the moment it's received! #In-the-moment-matrimony

Question

What if my phone rings during the ceremony?

Answer

It won't because it'll be on silent, silly!!

Question

How do I ask a question that isn't answered here?

Answer

Email friedberg.levy.wedding@gmail.com We will reply to your email and post the question and answer here!

Question

Will I have cell service?

Answer

The cell service in parts of the Catskills is limited! Definitely have the Google Maps downloaded on your phone or written out. If you make a wrong turn getting to your hotel/house/B&B, your GPS will not re-calculate when there is no service! Learn from the pros (bride & groom) who got so lost the first time visiting the venue they were 2.5 hours late to the appointment!!! Not to mention getting stuck in a snow bank, getting towed out and having a car sick dog in the back. Please Download the maps of Roxbury, NY and Jefferson, NY from Google Maps app. You will be able to get directions even without service since the map is downloaded to your phone. Question

Will there be any activities I need to know about?

Answer

Check the events page! If you are in the bridal party or part of our family, you will be provided a separate schedule for day-of timelines and where you should be at certain times.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be plenty of shuttles to and from the farm. We want you to use them! If you prefer to drive, there is parking available.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

The chefs will accommodate allergies. Please let your server know as soon as you are seated.

Question

What is formal attire?

Answer

Formal Wedding Dress Code “The wording here indicates something slightly less formal than black tie is acceptable. So, a tuxedo isn't required, but the event is still formal enough for one to be appropriate. For the Ladies The choices are the same as with black-tie: a floor-length gown, a fancy cocktail dress, or a dressy pants suit. As far as women are concerned, there's no difference between black-tie attire and black-tie option attire. The "optional" part comes in for the men. For the Men Men have the option of wearing a tuxedo or a formal dark suit, white shirt, and conservative tie.”
