Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we would love to see our guests in semi formal attire. Please refer to the header picture for color scheme ideas. For dresses we encourage our guests to wear shades of soft pink (mauve, blush), gold/champagne, terracotta, or rust. The ceremony will take place in a grassy area so please choose footwear accordingly.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. We encourage our guests to arrive 15 minutes prior.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes there are numerous public parking lots by the Santa Barbara Courthouse. We recommend our guests to park in lot 7 as it is the closest to the ceremony location. What is planned between the ceremony and dinner?

Answer

We have allowed for a small break between the two events, which will allow for us to take family and newly wed photos. We hope you are able to enjoy some of what Santa Barbara has to offer, maybe taking some time to take a closer look at the courthouse or even enjoy a walk on the pier. There is so much to see and do, we hope a little time in between will give you that opportunity.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The wedding ceremony will be held at the Fiesta Stage in the sunken gardens of the Santa Barbara Courthouse. It is an outdoor venue site.
