Ozie was in the Lehigh Valley for a business meeting & stopped at a Giant to grab a couple things. Amallia also happened to be at the same supermarket shopping. Simultaneously, we both reached to grab a naval orange. Immediately we locked eyes and boom it was love at first sight. *Sounds good doesn't it, haha* All jokes aside, we met on a Christian dating app called upward.

We went to Napa Valley for a quick weekend trip. On our second day there we had a planned tour of several wineries in the valley. Our first stop was this beautiful private estate that had wonderful views of the San Francisco Skyline. It was just the two of us at the winery, and for it being our first stop it really set the tone! Right before we're about to leave, our tour guide asked us to take more pictures. Amallia was confused as to why, because they were similar shots that we took when we first arrived. During the final shot, Ozie got down on one knee (with a lot of pebbles imprinted on his knee) and popped the big question (after it took him 20min to find the ring). After all the suspense Amallia said "Yes"!
