The day to day life of a massage therapist is very interesting, sometimes you can go hours or even days where you dont see your co workers and they may even work in the room right down the hall from you! And in the case of Amalia and Jared, it was about a year or 2 before we ever got a really good look at each other. What we found out is that you dont always need to be up close to someone to know just how beautiful and special they are. After a few glimpses from a distance, it was time for this long overdue connection to begin, and thats when it started to fall into place. If I have ever been in the right place at the right time, I was that morning before work as we were waiting to clock in, and as I sit down, I find myself looking right at her sitting across from me, and however it was that we began our conversation, I couldn't tell you a thing about what we talked about, but I can tell you exactly how beautiful she was, and how perfect her hair was, and how flawless I thought everything about her was. It was a brief moment that I wanted to keep going, and I still think about to this day. Fast forward the clock a few months, and insert a little birdie who came over to me one day and said that someone has googly eyes for me! and after a few moments of anticipation, that little birdie tells me who it is, and if there was ever a moment in my life that i thought someone was joking with me, it was now. Once i gathered myself enough to start thinking straight again, all of a sudden it felt like for the first time that everything was going to turn out much better than i could have imagined, and here we are more than 2 years later, better, stronger and happier than we have ever been in our lives.
