Co-Maid of Honor
Kelsey and Amalia met in April of 2014 on the day they were ready to sign a lease together. Both Amalia and Kelsey had been living in Atlanta for a year and through their mutual friend Mila, became the three best friends and roomies, aka the Getrude girls. As good Catholic girls, Amalia and Kelsey have grown in their faith together by going to church and receiving their holy sacrament of Confirmation. Kelsey has been a wonderful friend to Amalia and Bryce. After all, if it wasn't for Kelsey going up to Bryce to introduce him to Amalia, we wouldn't be celebrating a wedding. Anyone who meets Kelsey always says how she is the nicest person. Kelsey is kind, generous, considerate, and a good time. Amalia considers herself very lucky to have Kelsey in her life.
Co-Maid of Honor
Mila and Amalia met in August of 2013 when Amalia had just moved to Atlanta. They were both work besties at a restaurant. Mila introduced Amalia to her circle of friends and they would go out together. Amalia knew Mila was special when in April of 2014, Amalia was hospitalized for a week and Mila came to the hospital to visit and brought her flowers and books. Mila introduced Amalia and Kelsey and the three became best friends. The three Getrude girls are still inseparable. Mila was with Amalia and Kelsey the night that she met Bryce. Anyone who knows her knows that she is always down for a good time. She lives a gypsy life and is always in a different city every weekend. Mila is a great friend to many and Amalia considers herself very lucky to have Mila in her life.
Bridesmaid
Avigail is Amalia's older sister. Growing up Amalia received Avigail's hand-me-downs as the younger sister which later meant she thought she could 'borrow' Avigail's nice clothes. Avigail shared her love of country music with Amalia and they have been to many country concerts together. Amalia and Avigail were both blind dates at a Navy ball where Avigail met her husband Ryan. Ryan and Avigail had a beautiful celebration for their one year wedding anniversary in Las Vegas this past Memorial Day Weekend. The couple will be moving to Japan on August 1st where Ryan will be stationed at a Naval base and Avigail will be teaching. They will be coming back for the wedding.
Bridesmaid
Riley and Amalia met in February of 2010. They were sorority sisters in Zeta Tau Alpha. After college, Amalia would always make it a point to stop by Riley's home on her way home to visit her parents home in Virginia. Every time they get together, they have a great time and create wonderful memories. Riley has given Amalia so much advice over the last 10 years of their friendship and the two have been there for each other through many highs and lows in different chapters of their lives. Amalia loves that Riley always keeps her laughing and is always down for a good time!
Bridesmaid
Alice and Amalia met on Halloween of 2016. Both Alice and Amalia were interning at a company where they quickly formed a strong bond. Amalia considers herself really lucky to have someone like Alice who she can always count on when she needs a listening ear, life advice, or a dinner date. Alice has been a big cheerleader for Bryce and Amalia, counting down the days till Bryce would propose. Alice is always down for anything and Amalia appreciates her sense of adventure! The girls have been on a few trips together and have made many great memories.
Best Man
Andrew is Bryce's younger brother, and middle brother of The BAD boys (Bryce, Andrew, Davis). Andrew is a free spirit, and adventurer who is currently hiking from Mexico to Canada on the PCT! He will be finishing his hike a couple weeks before the big day. Andrew and I have shared countless memories growing up. Playing in the snow and being inseparable as little boys to having our differences in high school, to becoming more grown up and taking lots of hiking and camping adventures together. Andrew is a loyal and caring brother. Also a good beer drinking buddy. Some say crazy, but Andrew is one of the best people out there!
Groomsman
Davis is Bryce's younger brother. Youngest of Ryman brothers aka BAD boys. Davis lives in Charlotte, NC and works as a Financial Consultant. He is also a graduate of UGA. Go Dawgs! I am very proud of Davis' hard work ethic. Davis is also one of the most kind and loyal people you would ever meet. Some of the best times with Davis are drinking beers, exploring waterfalls in the mountains, or spending quality time with family. He's a great friend. I'm proud to call Davis my brother!
Groomsman
Parker and Bryce have been friends since high school and worked their first jobs together at Windermere Golf Club. Parker remained a good friend during college years and Bryce would go to visit Parker and other friends at GCSU for fun parties. Golf, hunting, poker nights, and UGA football are reasons Parker and I have remained friends for so long, but he is also a loyal friend. No doubt I could call at any time for help and he would be there.
Groomsman
Alex is Amalia's oldest brother. He is an extremely generous, unselfish person who always gives up his own bed and sleeps on the couch when Amalia and I are in Virginia visiting her home. Alex is also the life of the party. Either serving drinks, or getting everyone excited for the night to come. Its never a dull moment around Alex! I appreciate Alex always being there for Amalia and I.
Groomsman
Adael is Amalia's younger brother. Adael graduated from James Madison University in Virginia. After graduating college, Adael decided to move down to the big city of Atlanta to start his career in hospitality. He is one of the hardest working people I know and I even worked for a day on the water with Adael back in Virgina. We spent hours in the water getting fresh clams in the Chesapeake Bay. He made it look easy and I ended up getting sick that night! Adael is a very generous person and always fun to hang out with.
