Can my child(ren) attend?

Answer

Although we love your children, unfortunately we are only able to accommodate children in the wedding party at our reception. We hope you are able to join us anyway and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family!

What's for dinner?

Answer

You are officially invited to the Heistand's first Friday Night Pizza Night! Try a slice of the Bride and Groom's signature picks and enjoy a fresh side salad!

Is the wedding inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony will take place under a beautiful pavilion outside with an indoor reception!

Dress Code

Answer

Because our ceremony is outdoors, we kindly ask that you dress accordingly. While it is fall, we are still in Texas! Casual Sunday best is perfect!

Can I take photos with my phone?

Answer

Nope! We will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We want you to be fully present and enjoy this special day with us. We promise to share all of the pictures and videos captured by our photographer as soon as we receive them! We highly encourage photos during the reception to capture everyone’s point of view.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

While we would love for everyone to bring who they would like, we have limited room. We kindly ask that you only bring a plus one if specifically indicated on your invitation. If you are unsure, please contact either the bride or groom.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm and the venue will begin receiving guests at 5:00pm. If you are running behind, we kindly ask that you are mindful of what is taking place to avoid interrupting.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVP's are returned no later than July 31st, 2025.
