Please RSVP through our wedding website. You’ll find a QR code on your invitation; scan it with your phone to be taken straight to the RSVP page. From there, enter your name and follow the prompts to let us know if you’ll be joining us. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! Deadline to RSVP is July 17, 2026.
We kindly ask our guests to join us in formal attire. Suits in light colors and breathable fabrics are encouraged for the August warmth, along with long or mid-length dresses, jumpsuits, or pantsuits.
Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Standing Rock Farms in Madison, Ohio. Guests arriving by car can park on-site. For those staying at The Hampton Inn, we have arranged shuttle service to and from the venue to ensure your day is convenient and enjoyable. Please see the "Travel" tab for more information.
Yes, there is a designated parking lot at our venue reserved for guests.
Our ceremony is planned to take place outdoors, weather permitting. In the event of inclement weather, we have a beautiful indoor backup option. The reception will be held indoors in a climate-controlled space, allowing you to celebrate comfortably, regardless of the forecast.
The ceremony will begin at 3:00 PM. If you are not using the hotel shuttle service, please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to the ceremony to park and find your seat. For guests using the shuttle, please see the "Travel" tab for the shuttle schedule.
Due to limited space, we can only accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one, their name will appear under yours when you RSVP. Thank you for your understanding.
We respectfully ask that our special day be adults-only. Due to our venue's safety policies, children under the age of 16 are not able to attend. We're truly grateful for your understanding and support!
