Brian and Alyssa first crossed paths in 2017, sharing mutual friends but nothing more—yet. Fast forward to January 2022, when Alyssa invited Brian to join her trivia team at Tapology Texas Pub. Despite answering very few questions correctly, Brian kept getting invited back (a clue even he couldn’t miss). He finally got the hint and asked Alyssa to a Hooks baseball game on July 4, 2022, for their first date. The rest is history!

When Alyssa's Columbus Day girls' weekend was canceled, Brian planned a romantic getaway to one of their favorite places in Texas: Fredericksburg. It was their first time visiting together, and the trip was already special with a winery tour and a hike to the top of Enchanted Rock. But the highlight came at Signor Vineyards, known as "Texas's most beautiful vineyard." At the charming archway behind Joanna's Market, Brian told Alyssa he wanted to be part of her "happily ever after" and asked, "Will you marry me?" Overwhelmed with happiness and surprise, Alyssa said yes. They celebrated with photos on the stunning winery grounds and a toast with Signor’s finest wines.
