What date should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that all RSVPs be submitted by Friday, July 18th, 2025. We can't wait to hear from you!

What is the address of the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding ceremony and reception will be held at Grand Arbour Farm in Pleasant Garden, NC. The address for Grand Arbour is: 1457 Gregson Road, Pleasant Garden, NC 27313.

What is the dress code for your wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is somewhere between dressy casual and semi-formal. We will be outside for the ceremony and reception, so keep that in mind. Dress pants, khakis, or jeans are perfectly fine and dress coats are not required. We encourage you to wear bright, summery colors! Overall, we just want everyone to feel comfortable & have a fun time!

Are plus-ones and children allowed?

Answer

Yes! On your RSVP, we have indicated the number of seats we have reserved for you/your family. Plus ones and children are included in that number!

Where are you registered for wedding gifts?

Answer

Your presence is our greatest gift! However, if you feel led to buy a traditional wedding gift, you can find our wedding registry here on Zola (via search or on our wedding website). The Zola registry will include these also, but we are registered at Amazon, Target, & Etsy!

What is the wedding day itinerary?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 6 o'clock. We hope to begin cocktail hour between 6:30 and 7:00pm, with dinner to follow around 7:30pm, and reception beginning at 8:30pm.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that all guests arrive at the ceremony by 5:45pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 6:00pm!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! Please indicate on your RSVP or privately message Alyssa (336-964-9408) or Dee (919-464-6885) by July 18th so that we can adhere to your allergy properly.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There will be a large space indicated specifically for guest parking. Please park in this space ONLY unless given permission otherwise by the Coltrane or Beasley families. Parking available closer to the venue will be reserved for our guests with limited mobility.
