When should I RSVP by?

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-Formal/Cocktail Attire: Cocktail or sundresses, dressy jumpsuits, dress shirts/polos and slacks, suits, etc.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

All invited guests have been listed on your invitation or have been sent their own.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, due to our budget we have a limited guest count and we respectfully ask you to make it a date night!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at the venue by 3:00pm. Ceremony will start at 3:30pm.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes! There is a parking lot on-site, close to both the ceremony and reception areas.

Can I leave my car overnight?

Answer

Yes, cars can be left overnight. Cars MUST be picked up before 12:00pm the next day.

Is it an indoor or outdoor ceremony?

Answer

Ceremony is planned to be outdoors if we have good weather! The outdoor amphitheater is under tree cover with lots of shade to keep things cool. Dinner and dance will be indoors. *Heads up to friends with heels! Some of the outdoor pathways and seating are not paved and have natural ground.

What will dinner be?

Answer

We'll be having a buffet dinner catered by Hyvee. Burgers, chicken grillers, a plant based option, as well as salads, assorted fruits/veggies, and a cookie+brownie bar for dessert!
