Room Booking Process

Hey everyone! We’re thrilled to share that the block of rooms for our wedding at Hotel Xcaret México is officially open. You’re invited to book your room and begin your payment plan anytime. Here are the key details: A $300 non-refundable deposit per room reserves your spot. The full balance is due by July 15, 2026. To be part of our group and enjoy the special rates, you must book through our room block (not directly with the hotel). The stay requires a minimum of 3 nights. If you’d like help choosing a room category, upgrading your stay, or have any questions about flights/transportation, just let us know. We can’t wait to spend this amazing week with you!
