Bluegrass & Welcome Bash at the Burke's
6:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Attire: Western attire welcomed and encouraged- Smart Casual (Dark denim, chinos or suit paints with a button shirt is appropriate, skirt or smart trousers also works) !
Join us for a warm and lively welcome party at the Burke's! Kick off the wedding festivities with drinks, light supper, live music, and great company. Transportation from Jackson will be provided, details to come. If you are driving your own car, street parking is available at the house.
Welcome Party Transportation Details

To Teton Village: Bridal Party: Bus will stage at Home Ranch Lot: Bus will stage at 3:15 PM to leave at 3:30 PM sharp to arrive at Teton Village at 4 PM All other Guests: Bus for Cloud Veil, those staying around the town of Jackson- the bus will stage at the Home Ranch Lot at 5:45 PM, leave at 6 PM to arrive at the Burke House at 6:30 PM Bus for Snow King, Springhill Suites - this bus will stage at Snow King Lodge at 5:45 PM, leave at 6 PM, and then come by Springhill Suites at 6:05 PM to leave immediately and arrive at the Burke House at 6:30 PM Note: You can choose any location that works best for you based on where you are staying. The Return to Jackson: Buses will depart from the Burke House at 9:00, 9:30, and 10:00 PM and return to the same locations.

Love at New Heights: Ceremony and Reception @ Snow King Mountain Resort

Attire: Black Tie Optional- Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses.
Ascend to new heights of love and celebration with us! Join us for an unforgettable journey as we say "I do" atop Snow King Mountain. Board the 8-minute gondola to reach the summit, where our ceremony awaits in the picturesque amphitheater promptly at 4 PM. (Please be seated at 3:45 PM) Afterward, mingle and raise a toast during cocktail hour in the observatory, followed by a joyous reception in the main building. Throughout the event, signs will be on hand to guide you seamlessly from one location to the next. As the evening progresses, visit Snow Kings' new observatory, where from 9 PM to 12 AM you can marvel at galaxies and stars!
Wedding/Reception Transportation Details

** Please plan to arrive at the Snow King Scenic Gondola (100 E Snow King Ave, Jackson, WY 83001) at 3:30 PM. Please build in time to Uber, taxi, drive, or walk to the venue at Snow King. It's a 0.5-mile/12-minute walk from the town square to the Gondola. *Note that our weekend celebration overlaps with the annual Jackson Hole Fall Arts Festival. There will be numerous other events in town over the weekend, and demand for restaurants, taxis, Ubers, and other services will be unusually heavy. Please book any services you require ahead of time. There is a large parking lot at the base of the mountain by the Gondola. We will provide a bus to take people home at the end of the evening from the Snow King lot at the base of the gondola to the center of town - it will leave from 9:00 PM to 12:15 AM.

No need to go anywhere- let's dance under the starlit sky on the Snow King rooftop, as we celebrate love and laughter until the wee hours (12 AM, specifically)! The observatory will also be open for those who want a chance to gaze at some galaxies.
