Travel Note

The Area

We recommend putting the ranch address (or just Usibelli Grape Ranch) into Google Maps to get a sense of the area. The ranch borders Saint Helena and Rutherford and sits very central to the whole Napa Valley wine growing region. Other prominent and surrounding locales include Santa Rosa, Sonoma, Calistoga, Angwin, Yountville, and Napa.

Flights

You can fly into the following airports: 1) Santa Rosa (Charles Schulz airport)- Santa Rosa is the closest (approx. 45 drive) 2) Sacramento (the airport we typically fly into from Seattle- less busy and easier to avoid traffic. Approx. a 90 min drive) 3) Oakland (approx. 90 min) 4) San Francisco (approx. 90 min)

Lodging

We have a hotel block at Marriott in Napa - about 20 minutes from the ranch property. To book, click the "View" link below or follow this URL: https://book.passkey.com/go/swopefulpwedding IMPORTANT NOTE: There is a section under “additional requests” where your guests can request a king or doubles. Besides calling the hotel, this is the best option to request a king or double when booking. There can be 5 people max per room. Any issues or questions regarding the room block you may contact Michelle Dumais at michelle.dumais@napavalleymarriott.com. Please note the room block may not accommodate everyone that wishes to stay at the hotel. If you are unable to book through the block you may of course still reserve a room at the hotel: https://www.marriott.com/hotels/travel/sfonp-napa-valley-marriott-hotel-and-spa/ Otherwise there are a number of other hotels in and around Napa, as well as Airbnb and VRBO rentals. Travel Assistance

Our wedding planner works with a travel company that can help guests with lodging & car rentals and other miscellaneous travel related requests at no additional expense. This company is unable to book continental flights but they can assist you and your family with any other travel related needs. You can either directly book with them on their website or email our wedding planner's administrative assistant at hannah@offthebeatenpathwinecountry.com and she can assist you as well. That said, do not feel obligated to use this service. We encourage everyone to do their own thing as well!

Transportation

We kindly ask you plan NOT to drive your own car and park at the ranch. A shuttle service is available to and from the Marriott, and there's Uber and other private ride services available in the area. See "Schedule" page for other details.
