Tracy and Alyssa's favorite spot! The interactive walk-through exhibit shares the history of Seattle's beginnings and is set in the flapper era. Don't miss the elevator ride up to the elegant Chinese Room Bar & Observation Deck to get a 360 degree view of the city. On a clear day you can see the beautiful Olympic Mountains, Cascasdes, and Mt. Rainier!

Ballard (Hiram M. Chittenden) Locks
The Hiram M. Chittenden Locks (locally known as the Ballard Locks) is a waterway system that connects the saltwater of the Puget Sound to the fresh water of the Ship Canal, which sits about 20 feet above sea level. Boats enter the locks, the gates close and the water rises or falls to the level of the destination waterway. Watch boats pass through the locks, explore the 7 acres of botanical gardens and look for fish on the fish ladder!
Golden Gardens Park
Beautiful beach area in northern Seattle and one of Tracy's favorite spots! Parking is tough here in the summer.
Alki Beach
Beautiful beach area in the Southern part of Seattle with views of downtown and the ferryboats crossing back and forth to the islands. Situated along Alki Avenue SW where you'll find local restaurants and bars galore!
Salty's on Alki Beach
Swanky seafood restaurant (great for Happy Hour 3-6pm) with views of Puget Sound and the Seattle skyline.
West Seattle Brewing Co.
Casual spot on Alki with outdoor seating to grab a beer.
Lincoln Park
One of Alyssa and Tracy's favorite places to go for an evening walk or run, take a picnic, or just to stare at the gorgeous view.
