This love story began in room 132 at Alyssa's former Elementary school. Tom just started his first year as a music teacher and Alyssa was a Teaching Assistant who helped one of Tom's chorus students. One day before early morning chorus rehearsal, Alyssa asked Tom if he wanted coffee from Dunkin' and with the influence of Tom's mentor teacher (who is happily watching over both of them) they quickly realized they were not just colleagues who formed a friendship over coffee runs- They were soulmates. Once school shut down during the Covid-19 Pandemic, their love quietly blossomed and while the rest of the world felt scared, unsure, lonely and bored, Alyssa had Tom and Tom had Alyssa and that was all they needed to make it through.
