If you are vaccinated, please bring your vaccination card! VENUE COVID-19 COMPLIANCE ATTESTATION: required for entry into event **please check emails for attestation form :)
Question

Can it be a rapid test?

Answer

Only if it is done within 6 hours

Question

Will I be permitted entry if I have the test result on my phone?

Answer

No. A printed copy of results is required.

Question

What if my guests are vaccinated?

Answer

The vaccine has to be fully completed more than 14 days prior to the event to be accepted. This means both shots of Pfizer/Moderna or one of J&J. The vaccine card will need to be shown as proof. If it is less than 14 days since being fully vaccinated, the guest will need to have a negative Covid test instead.

Question

Who is checking the test results the day of my wedding?

Answer

Compliance attendant will check test results and collect Attestation Form.

Question

For the COVID testing would they have to pay for a specific test or could people go to a testing site and get a test?

Answer

Guests can go to any testing site (in any State) for a PCR within 72 hours of event, or Rapid within 6 hours of event. Either way, results must be received and presented upon entering event.

Question

If a PCR is needed 72 hours prior to the event, there are a lot of times the test comes back later than 3 days (3-5 days) so what happens then?

Answer

Guests must get tested by a provider that get can results within the 72 hours. I have recently spoken with AFC Urgent Care in Lake Ronkonkoma regarding appointments for PCR or Rapid testing. At this time, they are able to make appointments this far in advance and receive results in less than 72 hours and also perform rapid tests. Please call 631-560-6306 for any questions. You could also make appointments with Stony Brook P lot 2-3 days in advance or walk in at any urgent care center.

For all the days along the way
