When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than July 25, 2026. We kindly ask that you respond by the deadline so we can finalize our preparations.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are requesting that you make other arrangements for any children under the age of 10. We are hoping to give parents with little ones the night off to help us celebrate and enjoy the evening to the fullest. We appreciate your understanding!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are preferred, but not required.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00 PM. Please arrive 15 or more minutes before to grab a seat.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is a large parking lot connected to the venue. If you plan to leave your vehicle overnight, please pick it up between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 30th. Any vehicle left after 1:00 PM will be subject to towing by the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! Please navigate to the Travel tab. We have three hotel blocks. We will be staying in downtown KC at the Crossroads Hotel. We also have another downtown KC location option and an Overland Park location option.

Will the Ceremony and Reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony and Reception will be held indoors. Weather permitting, there will be an outdoor area open during cocktail hour and reception.
