Have the dress that you will be wearing for the wedding picked, delivered, tried on, and approved no later than August 1, 2024 Tux's could take longer to get in, so get those ordered ASAP Since the bridesmaids' dresses are in various shades and styles of pink, we need to ensure everything coordinates smoothly. We want to allow enough time for returns, if necessary, before the wedding. Shoes - All bridesmaids should have tan heels/sandals. Since we will be outside (hopefully) for the ceremony, I don't recommend stilettos haha!

Breakfast / Set up

Girls and Guys will be getting ready together at the Hayloft. Girls downstairs and Guys upstairs.
Breakfast Time - 8 am Location - Hoagland Hayloft Food - Bagels / Breakfast Casserole / Yogurt Bar We will have 3 bridesmaids picking up Starbucks orders for the bridal party If you want a Starbucks, order it by 7 am to make sure that they will be ready at 7:30 am On your order and put A&P's BRIDAL PARTY, so they are easy to find Text Brooklyn a photo of what you ordered, Starbucks Address - 10104 Maysville Rd, Fort Wayne, IN 46835 Unfortunately the venue wont allow us to set up the night before, so please arrive by 8 am by the latest. We have a LOT of work to do! Boys 1. Carry in the cross and place at desired location 2. Put up all 150 chairs (we need 10 rows [left side gets 8 chairs per row], [right side gets 7 chairs per row]) 3. Carry things out of trailers and vehicles Girls 1. Set up table decor on the inside 2. Place decor on chairs outside 3. Set up dessert bar 4. Decorate head table Lunch Walking Tacos at noon
Wedding Walk Through

PLEASE be ready to go through the walk-through at 10 am The chairs and cross must be up and ready in order to properly do the walk-through This shouldn't take more than 30 minutes, so after this we can go back to setting up

Wedding
5:00 pm
The bridal party will be walking from the hayloft, to the area where the ceremony is held. Try not to let guests see you until we start to walk down the isle. Bridesmaids will be on the right. Groomsmen will be on the left. During the ceremony, after the bridal party walks down the isle, Bridesmaids will line up behind Peyton and Groomsmen will line up behind where Alyssa will be standing, so the bride and groom and see their girls/guys when the ceremony is going on. LynLee will stand with the bridesmaids (by Macy) and Sarah and BayLynn will go back with mothers. Parker, Greyson and Wyatt will stand together in front of the Groomsmen. If it starts to rain, the ceremony will be inside and we will enter through the bottom of the stairs.
Cocktail Party
5:30 pm
During this time, guests can grab a drink and relax while Peyton and Alyssa takes photos.

Reception / Bridal Party Entrances

Do something fun for your entrance! The lineup will be the same as the ceremony. Bridal Party will be entering to Good Life (feat. T-Pain) - Kanye West Peyton and Alyssa will enter to Return of the Mack - Mark Morrison The reception hall wont allow us to bring in drinking outside of what they provide, so if you are planning to shotgun, ice someone, or take a shot, ask the bar service before the wedding starts and have it in a location that you will be able to grab after the wedding has taken place!
Opening Speech/Prayer
6:30 pm
Alyssa's dad, Anthony will give a Welcome Speech after the bridal party enters Following that, Grandma Leesa will say the prayer for dinner.
Dinner

The DJ will announce which tables are dismissed to get food after the prayer. The Bridal party will be dismissed first and then everyone else accordingly.
