Question

When do I RSVP by?

Answer

Please plan to RSVP by October 22 or 1 month before the wedding day to ensure we can account for all friends joining us on our special day. We will send a reminder 1 week before, and will assume none responses as "can not attend" Thank you for understanding.

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at Song River in Monroe WA no later than 3:30p.m. PT to allow ample time for parking and finding a seat before the procession begins at 4p.m.

Is there parking at the Ceremony location?

Answer

Yes & No. Song River is located in the heart of old downtown Monroe, so we ask that you plan time to find a parking space along the streets near the building or in the near neighborhoods. You should be able to find a spot within a 5 minute walk max.

Can I park in the lot space behind Song River?

Answer

Unfortunately, the alleyway is designated for Vendors and the Bridal party during the duration of the Ceremony and Reception. Please keep the area clear in case a reason arises for the leaving and re-entry of any designated person.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that phones and cameras are put away during our wedding ceremony. We would love for everyone to be fully engaged with us during that time.

Will there be Vegetarian options?

Answer

Yes! Although we are having an all you can eat pizza bar, we will be sure to have options for those who prefer a different snack. When submitting your RSVP, please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions so we may plan accordingly.

Are children allowed at the wedding?

Answer

We have indicated on each families RSVP the amount of family members invited to attend our celebration and we would like to extend the invite to the smaller party goers in the tribe. You will see their names on the RSVP along with the adults. Please note there will be loud music and drinking adults, please plan to watch your kids!!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all guests within the venues capacity, we ask that only invited guests attend our wedding festivities. You will find those details on your invitation.

What should I wear to the wedding?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding day is business causal attire. We don't expect uncomfortable clothing but we do ask that everyone looks their night on the town best.

Are there colors I should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories, and creams!

What are the colors of the wedding?

Answer

Our wedding colors are Light blue, lavender purple, and white! You will see our bridal party wearing blue colors.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us! We will have a variety of beers and seltzers to get the party going. Please plan for a safe ride home, if you are unsafe to drive please find a buddy or call for a pickup. We want all to get home safe. We will have non alcoholic drinks as well like soda and water.

Is there a smoking section?

Answer

Song River is a non smoking property and they expect all guests to leave the premises when needed. We all appreciate the understanding and cooperation.
