We met in high school at an after school program, albeit separate schools in different boroughs. He made the first move by adding me on Facebook. I went weeks without knowing who he was until it clicked. We started chatting on Facebook until I asked him to watch the 4th of July fireworks with me. He thought it was a date (it was not) but after becoming best friends, sparks started to fly.
