What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts promptly at 4:30pm. Everyone should be present and seated prior to this time. If you are late, you can wait outside the ceremony area until the event concludes.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dress code is formal. Please no jeans or t-shirts. Women please wear a dress that is not white, ivory, or olive green. Men please wear a suit/tux.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

This is an intimate gathering, if you are allowed a guest, it will be listed on your invitation. Otherwise, the answer is no.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available on site.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, we will be serving alcohol at the reception. Please consider bringing tip money for the bartender!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! We have a lot of littles in the family. Please note that you are responsible for them, we don't want any of the children roaming freely without supervision! This is a large property. There is a play area at the venue for the children.

When does the event conclude?

Answer

The ceremony is scheduled from 4:30pm to 5:00pm. Reception is scheduled from 6:00pm to 11:00pm. There will be a cocktail hour in-between while the wedding party takes pictures. Finger food and beverages will be available during cocktail hour.
