Atelier Playa Mujeres in an all-inclusive, 5-star resort with tons to offer. There is also a beautiful Greg Norman golf course located minutes away that can be played for an additional fee, discounted to guests of the wedding. 

The NUUP Spa is located on site an offers a wide variety of pampering services, all at a 10% discount to guests of the wedding

If excursions are more your thing, there are associates onsite who can help you book a catamaran to nearby Isla Mujeres, trip to ancient Mayan ruins, Jet Ski rental, or a number of other excursion day trips at an additional fee.
