As this is a personal residence with limited parking, we kindly ask everyone to take the shuttle located at the hotel block. The hotel offers complimentary same day parking and $24/night for overnight parking.
All shuttles will leave the hotel at 3:15 PM and arrive at the venue around 4 PM. Shuttles will begin circulating back to the hotel starting at 8:15 PM all the way up to 11:15 PM.
Dallas Love Field Airport (DAL) is the most convenient as it is only 5 miles from the hotel block. Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) is another option! A bit further at ~18 miles from the hotel block, but either are very user to get Ubers or rental cars!
