Alyssa and Milad met in San Francisco. We found out Milad is not a great bowler, Alyssa still hasn’t won a game of Stratego. Alyssa makes blueberry pancakes sans syrup. They both have identical panda credit cards. On the second date, they met up and were wearing matching red outfits. A rouge hippie named them "The red team, namaste." From then on out, they were peas & carrots.
We were spending a week in Utah hiking in Zion and staying in a remote AirBnb. We decided to wake up before dawn and drive three hours to Bryce Canyon. When we got to Bryce Canyon we decided to do Queen's Garden/Navajo Loop which descends into the HOODOOOS and starts on a steep incline. Since we left so early, we had a lot of layers on and as we hiked Alyssa started peeling off her layers. Meanwhile, Milad is dripping bullets with his giant jacket still on. Little did Alyssa know what was in his pocket.... As we start to ascend, Milad is speeding up to the top, leaving Alyssa in his dust. Alyssa turned the corner at the very top and saw Milad down on one knee and asked Alyssa to marry him.
