The wedding celebration will be taking place outside on a ranch. Think garden party but at a ranch. Nice sundresses/skirts, button downs, nice tops, etc. Comfortable footwear is encouraged! Light layers will be wanted as the sun sets behind the mountain. Late August weather can be variable, we recommend checking the weather closer to the date.
If you're traveling from out of town, we recommend you renting a car from the airport at which you land. There will not be shuttles to the wedding venue, we encourage carpooling though!
They officially met spring/summer of 2019 and immediately started hanging out and dating! Alyssa had admired Lacy from a far for awhile though...
Alyssa and Lacy had a beautiful elopement last August. They began the day with harvesting bouquets from their friends' flower farm, Juniper Flowers. They then went and got massages at True Nature. After a quick lunch and regroup at home, they got their hair done and then went over to their friend Sally's house. There they did their makeup, prepared their cake, and changed into their dresses. They exchanged their vows, popped champagne and had a toast in Sally's beautiful garden. The topped the celebration off with a delicious dinner at Clark's Oyster Bar in Aspen, and then to really finish off the evening, they loaded turkeys into the trailer at Marigold Livestock Co. Turkey processing was happening the next day! Chris of Chris Cohen Photography kindly followed them along all day and captured the day beautifully.
