Are there hotel accommodations on site?

Answer

Yes, the Inn and Spa at East Wind is the hotel on site but they have limited amount of rooms. There is a room block that is first come, first served. Mention you are staying for “The Phillips” wedding on 7/16/26 when booking to get the room block price. Must call to book the hotel because the online website does not show correct availability.

Am I allowed to bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to keep our wedding as intimate as possible, only the guest formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated. If you receive a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start promptly at 5:30 pm. We ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so that everyone can be seated on time.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony (no phones or cameras). We hired professionals to capture this moment for us and we promise to share our photos as we receive them. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!

Can I bring children?

Answer

Similar to the plus ones, in order to keep this wedding as intimate as possible, any children that are invited will be listed under the guests name when they RSVP.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! The drinks are on us but the hangover is on you - so get ready to party! For this reason, we encourage you to drive wisely or take advantage of Uber or Lyft. *or stay at the hotel on site and just walk over. ;)*

We would love to see our friends and family dressed up with us! Dress code is cocktail attire, black tie is optional.
