By when should I RSVP?

Answer

We appreciate your RSVP as soon as possible, but no later than September 1, 2024.

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your children, we regretfully cannot accomodate them. We hope you are able to join us anyways and enjoy a relaxed evening with friends and family! (If you need help securing childcare on Saturday, please text Alyssa at 614.338.9540)

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive by 4:15pm, 15 minutes before the ceremony is scheduled to begin.

Is there parking at the venue?

Answer

There is ample parking at the Pittsburgh Botanic Gardens. However, let someone else do the driving and enjoy your evening! We will be providing a shuttle from the Renaissance Hotel before the ceremony and after the reception.

I have a food allergy, how can I notify the caterer?

Answer

When you RSVP, we will ask of any food allergies or special dietary restrictions.

Can I take an Uber or Lyft to and from the venue?

Answer

While you can absolutely take an Uber or Lyft to the venue from anywhere in Pittsburgh, there will not be enough Ubers to accommodate all our guests after the reception and we strongly recommend that you do not depend on them. There will be a shuttle transporting guests from The Renaissance Pittsburgh Hotel (107 6th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15222) at 2:30pm for those who want to walk around the gardens before the ceremony, and 3:45pm for everyone else, as well as making two return trips back to the Renaissance, at 10:00pm and 11:00pm (so you can keep going with us at the afterparty!). You can take this shuttle whether or not you are staying at the Renaissance.

What does semi-formal attire mean?

Answer

How do I get from the airport into town?

Answer

The Pittsburgh Airport is approximately 30-40 minutes outside of the city. Uber and Lyfts are available upon arrival.
