If guests opt to stay only one night, you must call the hotel directly and ask for the wedding discount (15% off the going rate). This rate will fluctuate as the hotel's rates change daily. *Rooms must be booked in the room block to receive credit for any hotel incentives. Any rooms booked via 3rd party, such as Expedia /Hotels.com or advance purchase rates will not qualify for the contracted group rates* The hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date, based on hotel availability at 15% off the going rate. The block rate will not be accepted after the cutoff date. Transportation will be provided to and from the hotel.
