Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our dress code is spring semi-formal, with a garden-party color palette. We encourage guests to wear light, seasonal colors and attire for an outdoor celebration. For women, this may include spring midi or maxi dresses. For men, long-sleeve button-up shirts with dress pants, sport coats or blazers, or lightweight suits are recommended. Please, no jeans and/or short sleeve shirts.

Where Should I Stay?

Answer

For guests traveling in for the wedding, we recommend staying in downtown Rome. Two great hotel options within walking distance of many downtown attractions are listed below. Courtyard by Marriott Rome Riverwalk 320 W 3rd St Rome, GA 30165 Hawthorn Suites by Wyndham Rome 100–110 W 2nd Ave Rome, GA 30161 We recommend booking early, as downtown hotels can fill up quickly on weekends.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please plan to arrive at the venue by 4:30 PM. Transportation from the parking lot to the ceremony site will begin running at 4:15 PM and will end at 4:45 PM. If you arrive after 4:45 PM, you are welcome to wait in the cocktail area outside the clubhouse, where we will join everyone after the ceremony.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 25th. Unfortunately, guests who do not respond by this date cannot be accommodated.

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

To keep our guest list manageable, we are only able to accommodate the guests listed on the invitation. Unfortunately, we cannot provide seating for additional guests at dinner.
