We have always loved to travel together. Our first anniversary was spent in Washington, DC. Planning and taking trips on the fly have become common practice for us. Our desire to travel has only grown from there. Last year, in early February we traveled to Montreal, Quebec. We explored, and like most trips, ate and drank our way across the city. Of course, our trip included a Canadiens hockey game, followed by a night of traversing through the city (which was wrapped in a blanket of snow at this point). The following day, the snow continued to fall perfectly as we decided to take a walk toward the city center and venture to the Montreal Science Center. Afterwards, we walked along the Saint Lawrence river and Jordan decided to give me my birthday present (a day late I might add!). When I opened the gift, I had a moment of confusion as the birthday gift was a personalized passport holder with the initials "A.C.G." in the bottom corner. As I looked up, Jordan was getting down on one knee asking the easiest question I have ever answered! We spent the remainder of the day drinking champagne, exploring the Notre Dame Cathedral, sharing the good news with family, and falling even more in love with Montreal. #LysterGetsAMister
