When should I RSVP by?

Can I bring an extra guest?

Answer

While we would love to celebrate with others, we have only accounted for the guests listed on each invitation. Please ensure only the guests specified on your invitation will attend.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3:30pm. We recommend arriving 15 minutes early, but no earlier than 3:00pm.

What transportation is available?

Answer

SHUTTLE: We are working with a local school bus rental company to provide transportation to and from the venue. The bus will pick up and drop off at Home2 Suites (our hotel block). All guests are welcome to park at the hotel and use the shuttle, even if you do not book a hotel room! PARKING: For guests who wish to drive themselves, there is ample parking onsite. Cars can remain parked overnight but must be moved by 10am the following morning. OTHER: Rideshares like Uber and Lyft should be available for anyone who needs them; however, the venue is in a more rural area, so services may be limited or have longer wait times.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our 21+ guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the cocktail hour and reception. Please consider your returning transportation if you plan on drinking during the event.
