What is the dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual to Cocktail Attire: Please come in dressy casual or cocktail attire — think polished yet comfortable. Sundresses, dressy skirts or pants with a button down, blouse, or blazer, or cocktail dresses are perfect for the celebration. Heels, flats, sandals, boots, dressy sneakers, or loafers would pair nicely.

Will there be alcohol?

Yes, we will have an open bar for all of our guests to enjoy complimentary drinks throughout the event.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

To ensure we can accommodate all our beloved guests, only those explicitly named on your invitation are included. We have a limited guest count, and have met the maximum with our invited guests. Thank you for understanding!

How should I RSVP?

To RSVP, go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by July 10 so we can plan accordingly!

Is there parking at the Reception?

Answer

Yes, we will be dining privately in the Boardroom which is upstairs. Please park upstairs and you can walk directly in and take a right. If no parking is available upstairs, park downstairs or on the street and take the elevator to the second floor.

Will there be a ceremony?

Answer

We're not having a formal ceremony. We want our marriage to begin with a small, intimate moment, so we'll be signing our marriage license privately before dinner with our dear friend who is ordained and our mothers as our witnesses. We look forward to celebrating with everyone at the reception!

Are kids welcome?

We respectfully request no children at the reception, allowing all of our guests to enjoy an adults-only evening. We have a limited guest count, and have met the maximum with our invited guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

There are salad and meal selections that are friendly to gluten free, vegan, vegetarian, and pescatarian diets. The menu is available in the FAQ for your convenience. The Vault website has a full menu that lists everything being served and if it is or can be made GF or vegan.

What is the dinner menu?

Answer

A three-course meal will be provided alongside an open bar. First Course: Auto Bank Salad, Chef Salad Heart of Palm or Kale Cesar Entree Options: The Filet/garlic whipped potatoes & sauteed zucchini, squash, spinach, and mushrooms. Clipper Ship Chicken/garlic whipped potatoes, carrots, spinach, & Cutty Sark beurre blanc. Potato Crusted Salmon/ vegggie "noodles", polenta cake, spinach, and red bell pepper cream sauce. Polenta & Avocado/ three polenta cakes, roasted red bell pepper rouille, sauteed kale, caramelized onion, mushrooms, avocado mash & potato hay. Dessert Trio Chocolate Covered Strawberry, Mini Key Lime Pie Bite, & Mini Carrot Cake Bite OR Italian Cream Cake with Cream Cheese Filling and Buttercream Frosting provided by Ludger's Bavarian Cakery.
