What time is the wedding?

Answer

Our ceremony will start promptly at 3:00PM. Please be mindful of the fact that you will not be allowed in the ceremony space if you arrive late, so please do your best to arrive 15-30 minutes beforehand.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our family and friends get dressed up for our big day. Dress code will be cocktail/semi-formal. No jeans or wearing of the colors white, cream, or ivory please!

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your little ones! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception an adults-only event. We encourage you to use this evening as a date night!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Unfortunately, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless indicated on the envelope of your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than October 4, 2023. That way we will have enough time to get the final number to our vendors.

Can I take pictures?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony. We kindly ask that you put away and turn off all cell phones and electronic devices until after the entire ceremony is over. We hired an amazing professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment and we do not want to see any obstructions blocking those shots/videos. We will be sure to share our photos with you as soon as we can! Please feel free to take pictures/videos during the remainder of the wedding.

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight if I need to Uber back to the hotel?

Absolutely - we value your safety more than anything. Please just be sure to pick up your car from the venue by noon on 11/5.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we are aiming for our ceremony to be held outside under a beautiful pine tree, cocktail hour on the patio, then the reception will be held indoors in our venue's climate controlled pavilion. Please be mindful that weather in Pennsylvania in November can be unpredictable. It could snow, rain, be sunny and 75, etc. Please keep an eye on the weather the week of and dress appropriately/bring an umbrella in the event there's a little misting. If it is raining heavily, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be moved to an indoor location.

Is there parking onsite?

There is a large parking lot at the venue, so feel free to park there.
