When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:45 to ensure time for parking and finding a ceremony seat.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Dressy Casual/Semi-Formal: We want you to be comfortable at our summer wedding. The dress code is dressy casual/semi-formal. For this time of year, may we suggest the following attire: Women: cocktail/summer dress with flats, heels, or wedges. Men: dress shirt and jacket with khaki or other lightweight slacks; ties optional.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is parking, however, we encourage you to carpool, Uber, or use the provided transportation if you will be drinking.

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be transportation provided from the Hampton Inn Doylestown both ways. The bus will begin boarding at 3PM and depart at 3:15 to arrive by 3:45. There will be transportation to the after party (DAGS Bar) as well as the Hampton Inn and Plumsteadville Inn at the end of the reception (10PM). From the after party, busses will shuttle at 12AM, 1AM, and 1:30AM to make stops at both hotels.

Due to space constraints, we unfortunately cannot accommodate any extra guests besides the ones named on your invitation and RSVP.
