FAQs

Question

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and the reception will be indoors.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend getting to the ceremony about 30 minutes before it starts. Please avoid arriving earlier than this to allow time for setup and pictures.

Question

Where should guests park? Is parking free?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception locations have dedicated parking lots just steps from the front door and yes it is free.

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the wedding party and family will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can relax, change if desired, and meet us at the reception for dinner at 6:30pm! We will not be having a cocktail hour.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We kindly ask that you do not bring your kids. We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

In order to spend quality time with each one of you and keep this moment intimate with our closest family and friends, our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Question

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Please RSVP online by July 1st.

Question

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diet options?

Answer

Please reach out to Alyssa or Jeremiah with specific dietary needs so we can make sure there is something for everyone.

Question

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Guests are responsible for their own transportation to each location. We recommend getting a rental car or carpooling. There should also be plenty of Uber/Lyft services in and around Louisville.
