Can we book other hotel accommodations for the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, no! To attend the wedding and festivities, you MUST stay at the Dreams Madeira Resort Spa & Marina. Please find more information in the "Travel" section.

When should I arrive and depart?
Answer
We recommend arriving at least 1–2 days before the wedding festivities begin to allow time to relax, explore, and adjust to the time difference. Feel free to extend your stay. Madeira is breathtaking and well worth the visit!

Is the resort All-Inclusive

Yes! Food and drinks are included with your accommodations.

Are children invited?
Answer
Unfortunately, no. While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Although our wedding ceremony and reception will be adults-only, we completely understand that some of you may be traveling with little ones and luckily, Dreams Madeira is incredibly family-friendly! If you’re planning to bring your children, rest assured that there are plenty of amazing amenities and activities to keep them happy, engaged, and entertained while you enjoy the wedding festivities: Explorer’s Club for Kids (Ages 4–12) Core Zone Teens Club (Ages 13–17) Pools & Splash Park Family Accommodations

What currency is used?
Answer
The Euro. It is recommended that you exchange any cash you would like to bring at your local bank before your arrival. However, guests can also exchange money at the airport. Please note that the bank exchange rate may give you a better rate.

Do I need a power adaptor?
Answer
Yes. Portugal uses Type C and F plugs with a 230V voltage. Bring a universal adapter if your devices are from North America.

Is there a dress code

We ask that our guests wear cocktail attire and kindly request that guests avoid the colors White, Gold & Champagne.
