FAQs

Question

Why did we choose The Grand Palladium in Costa Mujeres, Mexico?

Answer

We first went to the Grand Palladium to celebrate Jarrod's birthday one year. We weren't engaged, and we hadn't really considered a wedding outside of New Jersey. After a beautiful weekend in Mexico, we thought, 'How funny would it be if we got married here?' Eventually, we got engaged and started planning an NJ wedding. We quickly realized our hearts were better suited for the white sand beaches and stunning sun sets on Mexico instead. And quite honestly, why not Mexico?

Question

Do we need a passport for this wedding?

Answer

YES. A passport or a valid passport card will be required to travel to Mexico from the United States. Please make sure your passport is up to date. Passports can take up to 8 weeks to receive after application. Please plan accordingly.

Question

Are flights and accommodations included?

Answer

No, guests are responsible for booking their own flights and accommodations unless specified otherwise.

Question

Do you have a room block?

Answer

Yes, we do! Information for the room block can be found in the travel section of our website! All guests must book their accommodations through the room block. Question

When should we arrive and leave?
