In 2013, Jackson and I met at one of our high school's football game. When walking by in the bleachers, I accidentally brushed up behind him while trying to take a seat. Jackson turned around and made a funny comment about it. After the game, I messaged him on social media and we began talking.

Jackson and I went tot the Lights of Christmas in Stanwood for our second date. On our way towards the exit, we stopped at a tree where there was 2 unlit Christmas present props with no lights around. Jackson turned to me and asked if I wanted to make this official.

We went on a camping trip with 2 of our closest friends. We showed them around where we grew up and the things that we used to do as kids. We then went out to Warm Beach, where Jackson had asked me out and where we celebrate our anniversary every year. After getting there, Jackson found the exact tree where he originally asked me to make it official. He then got down on one knee and asked me if I wanted to make this official. Of course i said yes!
