We met back in 2016 at a quince practice. Ivan sat on a bucket that held my balloon. I told him, “Give me my balloon, Ivan… don’t let it go.” And what does Ivan do? Lets it go. Of course… Ivan being Ivan. From that day on, he annoyed me. He would text me, and I’d leave him on delivered. Every once in a while I’d text him back… until one day, I just didn’t stop. Within just one month, on August 28, 2016, we started dating… and the rest was history. After a few years of a roller coaster of being together, life got real. I got pregnant, and we welcomed our son, Isaiah Rudy Ramirez. Being teen parents, wasn’t easy, but we got through it. Together. That’s the thing about relationships… it’s not always perfect. There are ups, downs, and moments where you feel like giving up. But when two people choose each other every single day, no matter how hard it gets, you can get through anything. Love isn’t about being perfect, it’s about staying, growing, and fighting for each other through it all. And now, here we are, stronger, wiser, and more in love than ever, ready to take the next step and say “I do.” Our story isn’t perfect, but it’s ours… and we wouldn’t change a single part of it
