Wedding Party

Julia Pestana

Maid of Honor

Julia and I met 7 years ago working at the wonderful Tractor Supply, we bonded over our mutual hatred for the job. There is no possible way to sum up the years of love, laughter, and unforgettable memories we have shared together. She has been my rock in a hard place, my person to get me out of sticky situations. God placed her in my life right when i needed her and I will never let her go! come February 2020, Julia was having her birthday party and told me her boss Hunter would be there going on beer runs since he was the only one of age, I said weird but okay bet. I finally met the famous Hunter... I approached him asking for his snapchat and he said he didn't have one... 30seconds later his phone goes off with a snapchat.. needless to say I got the snap. we ended the night eating carrots and ranch and eating dreamsicles, and then he disappeared into the night. Thank you Julie for bringing us together, I couldn't think of anyone else id rather have take my bouquet and stand by me as i say I do!

Jerica Greene

Bridesmaid

Jerica and I met in high school sophomore year in English class. I was always extremely shy so it took almost half way through the school year before we started talking and we ended up bonding over our love and passion for equine science. if you ever get the pleasure to get to know Jerica she is very passionate, optimistic, generous, and unafraid. I'm so glad our friendship is still so strong 9 years later! Thank you for always giving me that confidence and strength in life!

Jessalyn Dixon

Bridesmaid

Jessalyn is not only my future sister in law but also a dear friend. From the first moment we met at my first Frio trip 5 years ago, she has always been so welcoming and kind to me, now we share the joys of being stay at home moms. I can always go to her for advice and she will be right there for me giving me some of the best hacks and tricks. Jessalyn is a beautiful person in and out, I am so grateful to have her by myside as I take on my new last name, also glad ill have another Dixon to vent about these Dixon men! (she gets it)

Emily Buckner

Bridesmaid

I first met Emily at the Frio 5years ago, Since then we have bonded over our book obsessions. Emily is very smart, kind, and helpful. I know that if we're at a family function my kids are always covered and safe when Emily is around, I'm so blessed and grateful that she will now be family.

Noah Morales

Best Man

Noah and I met 13 years ago when I first moved to Jayton. I was the outcast in a new town and didn't know anyone. Once Noah and I had started to hang out we were inseparable. He taught me how to shotgun my first beer, I gave him his first pinch of Copenhagen. He was always there to help me in any kind of situation I managed to get us into, I am sure you will hear plenty of stories during his toast. 13 years later and we are no longer the kids in highschool. We both have our own lives and our own families but at the end of the day we know we still have a friendship that's worth everything in the world. Noah and I were with each other 24/7 and always in some kind of trouble. One time we even somehow managed to move our towns deputy sheriff 10 hours away to Houston, and you can ask him listening to Taylor Sift, Beyonce and Rhianna on repeat with the deputy can definitely drive you insane, but our friendship survived that test haha. I don't think he helped me move anyone else ever again though. With someone who has stuck beside me through all that he has it only makes sense to have him by my side at the wedding.

Kaleb Miller

Groomsman

Kaleb has become like a little brother to me after knowing him for 5 years and him spending the summers with us, we have shared lots of memories together, from bad haircuts *cough, cough... Alyssa* to playing video games together. Kaleb and I share a common hobby of getting under Alyssa's skin, and golfing. through that we have been able to bond. out of all of the groomsmen I've known him the least amount of time BUT the bond we share is like brotherly love. I would also like to take this time to apologize to kaleb. Kaleb, i apologize that i am the reason you learned about the birds and the bees so young. I look forward to having you by my side as I take your sister to bed... I mean wed.

Colton Dixon

Groomsman

Brother: a fellow human being, in it's simplest definition. Colton is my "half" brother, I put the parenthesize as that is a word neither of us use. When we get asked how we are related we say "we are brothers." Colton is my little-big brother, but he is someone I have looked up to for my whole life. Colton and I didn't grow up together, but when we are around each other he always made sure to include me in whatever he was doing. One of my most memorable moments with him was chasing down a skunk in a field, he got out and started chasing it on foot and me, the little brother I am started chasing right behind. He jumped and cleared the fence. I jumped.... and landed ON the fence, where I was stuck for over an hour. During this time he never got frustrated with me, he stayed and helped me until I was finally free. He stayed calm and helped me do the same. I am happy to have my brother standing with me as I finally get married as I got to stand in the same spot when he was getting married.

Brittany Alderman

Groomswoman

I know a lot of you are probably wondering "why does Hunter have a woman on the grooms side?" Brittany and I have known each other for 11 years. She has always been the kind of friend that was always there through everything and never turned her back. She helped me a lot growing up with advice on God and women haha. Thanks to Brittany she had me start getting to know God and work on a building a relationship with him. She also was there whenever I found a new girl I would always say was "the one" and never casted judgement every time that new girl was in fact, not the one. Until one night I snapchatted her a picture of Alyssa who I had just met at a house party. I had a little too much to drink and for the caption I put "I think I love her." Well Brittany, looks like this time it was true. Five years later and I am finally getting ready to marry Alyssa. We have started our own families both with two kids each, and haven't seen each other in almost 6 years, but we are still the best of friends. With Brittany having been through all my struggles with life and women, I figure it is only fair she gets to be a part of my big day
