Where is the wedding venue?

Answer

The wedding venue is located at Acquaviva Winery and Vineyard, located at 47W614 Route 38 Maple Park, IL 60151.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes, we are. We are registered at Amazon, Crate and Barrel, and Williams Sonoma. To check out our registry, please visit the "Registry" Tab.

Will the wedding be outdoors or indoors?

Answer

The ceremony will take place in the beautiful vineyard and the reception will be held inside the winery. However, during the reception, guests can enjoy the outdoor patio or hang out inside.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

All guests must park AT the winery and take the shuttles over to the vineyard.

Question

When guests arrive to the winery to board the shuttle, how will you know what to do?

Answer

There will be a sign up near the front door of the winery instructing people to wait for the shuttle. More details to follow.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 5:00PM. You will want to arrive at the main winery building at 4:30-4:45PM to board the shuttle to the ceremony location in the vineyard.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

As much as we'd love to celebrate with everyone, we can only accommodate those named on the invitation. If you received a plus one, we hope you bring your favorite dance partner.

How will you know what to do and where to go when you arrive at the ceremony site?

Answer

We will have signage at the estate and an assistant will be there to answer any questions. When coming off the shuttle, you will need to process down around the pool house into the vineyard. Do not worry, we will have someone right there to further assist.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Our celebration will be elegant and romantic, set against the beauty of early fall. We kindly request formal attire. Think cocktail dresses, mid or floor-length gowns, suit and tie. Feel free to incorporate fall-inspired colors and textures for a timeless touch. We can't wait to see everyone dressed their best for an evening of love and celebration.

Can you take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

Absolutely! Feel free to snap away and capture the magic. We"ll also have a photographer and videographer making sure all the big (and little) moments are covered, so you can relax, enjoy, and take photos if you would like.

We adore your little ones! Children who are part of our wedding party and those specifically included on the invitation, are warmly welcomed.
