We are not doing a traditional hotel block, but we do have a discount code for the Hilton Doubletree in Winston-Salem (0560061264). It can also be accessed through the QR code in the Gallery tab.
We are requesting that guests RSVP by September 5th. Any later RSVPs or requests may or may not be able to be accommodated.
We are registered on Zola and the registry is accessible from the registry page on this site. In addition to gifts, we have set up a cash fund to contribute to a future house down payment.
The ceremony is planned for 3 PM. It may be helpful to plan to arrive up to an hour before the ceremony begins.
The dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire.

Please reach out with any allergies or dietary restrictions. The menu will be served buffet-style, but we appreciate headcounts for any restrictions to order extra portions.
There will be parking available at the venue.
We are having BBQ catering done by Black Powder. We don't anticipate major allergen issues, though any vegetarian or vegan guests should definitely reach out so we can ensure a plant-based entree is available (jackfruit pulled pork).
