We kindly ask that only the guests listed on your invitation attend the wedding. Due to venue limitations and our desire for an intimate celebration, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate additional plus ones unless you have been specifically informed otherwise. Additionally, while we love your little ones, the event will be adults-only unless you have received prior approval to bring children.
Our dress code is dressy casual. For the ladies, think sundresses or summer-colored dresses—please avoid black and dresses with the base color purple. For the gents, dress pants or khakis are perfect—no jeans, and suits are only needed if you're in the wedding party.
The ceremony and the reception will both be held at The Shiloh! The Shiloh is located at 2174 Ramey Creek Rd, Lowgap, NC. The ceremony will be held outside, while the reception will be indoors--aside from the porch areas that are also available to our use.
We kindly ask that guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We’ve hired an amazing team of professional photographers and videographers to capture every special moment, so you can sit back, relax, and be fully present with us. Feel free to snap and share photos before and after the ceremony—posting is totally fine, we just ask that you keep it light. Thanks for helping us keep the moment intimate and respectful!
We’re keeping things casual and delicious with a barbecue-style meal! Expect barbecue meats and sandwiches, mac and cheese, baked beans, coleslaw, and more—classic comfort food to fuel the fun. For dessert, we’ll have a homemade ice cream truck with all the toppings you could want. Drinks will include sweet tea, lemonade, and water. Come hungry!
This will be an alcohol-free celebration. We won’t be serving any alcohol, and we kindly ask that no outside alcohol be brought to the venue. We appreciate your understanding and can’t wait to celebrate with good food, great company, and lots of love!
