What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Between 3:30pm-4:15pm as the Ceremony starts right at 4:30pm.

Cocktail Party Attire, not too formal and not too casual!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Unfortunately no, we are planning to have a child-free wedding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please do! The dinner is BBQ but we are also planning on having additional dishes alongside the buffet with other options that accommodate our guests. Please let us know of any special dietary needs in your RSVP.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! The venue has parking on-site. It is a large lot that will have a scheduled parking attendant to direct cars from 3:30pm-4:30pm.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided. Uber/Lyft is active in the area as an option for those who require transportation.
