This is the story of two beautiful people who have been looking for each other for many years. And then one day, they signed up on the dating app, Hinge. It didn’t take long to discover that this was IT! IT all started in July of 2022. July 17th, to be exact, because for Doug, this would be a date he would never forget. In walked Alyssa to the Plaza District Restaurant. “She was even more beautiful than her photo,” Doug remembered. Their first date impressed them both. He was funny. She was kind. It was as though they had known each other a long time. “There’s something special here,” Doug recalled. “I guess this is something more than just dinner.” “It was so fun going on dates with Doug,” said Alyssa. “He made everything so special.” Alyssa was the first girl Doug brought home to meet his parents. After meeting Doug’s mom, Alyssa realized she’d hit the jackpot! “I knew when I met them how special they were because I saw how excited your mom was,” said Alyssa. And now nearly two years later, Doug and Alyssa are making it official. They are so excited to get married and share the rest of their lives together.
