We’re getting married in beautiful Key Largo at the stunning Reefhouse Resort & Marina — and this place means more to us than just sunshine and ocean views. Two Octobers ago, we decided on a last-minute trip to Key Largo and rode down on Dillon’s motorcycle. Along the way, the skies opened up, and we found ourselves caught in a thunderstorm… then stuck in traffic because of a funeral procession… completely soaked and questioning our life choices. To top it all off, our spontaneous booking landed us at a less-than-luxurious motel, The Key Largo Inn, which we still laugh about to this day. But somehow, what could have been a disaster turned into one of the most unforgettable trips we’ve ever taken. Between the rain, the chaos, and the questionable accommodations, we realized something important: no matter what happens, as long as we’re together, we’ll find a way to laugh through it. Key Largo became “our” place — a reminder that even when things don’t go as planned, the story can still be beautiful. For the past two Octobers, we’ve returned to the Keys, each trip adding a little more magic to our memories. This October, we’re continuing the tradition in the best way we know how — by getting married! What started as a spontaneous adventure has become the place we come back to year after year — and now, it’s where we’ll begin our forever. It feels only fitting to start our marriage here, surrounded by ocean views, palm trees, and the people we love most. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!
