Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

All wedding events will be outdoors. The ceremony will take place on grass. Average daily high/low of 86/64 degrees. Please be aware of the strong desert sun, even on cooler days. An extra layer is recommended when the temperature drops in the evening.

How do I get to and from the wedding venue?

Answer

There is ample parking in the private parking lot at the The Old Polo Estate. Guests are also encouraged to use ride-share services (Uber, Lyft).

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Guests are welcome to arrive as early as 4:00 pm. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

What if I have food allergies or dietary restrictions?

Answer

When you receive your formal invitation you will have the opportunity to designate allergies or dietary restrictions through your RSVP.

Are kids invited to the wedding?

Answer

Kids are welcome at the pool party on Friday, October 2! All other wedding events are adults only.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Both the Welcome Party and the Reception will have an open bar.
