Can we RSVP after the date?

Answer

We kindly ask that you please RSVP by the stated date. We must get our numbers into vendors in a timely manner. If you do not RSVP before or by the date requested, we will mark you down as a ‘no’, and we will not be able to accommodate for food or seating.

What about my kids?

Answer

We love your kids! But please enjoy date night on us. For this adults only reception, select children will be accommodated on an invitation only basis.

Can I bring in outside alcohol?

Answer

Please do NOT bring in any outside alcohol. This is against the venue’s rules and you will be fined.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We ask that you refer back to who is listed on your invitation. Please understand, our venue can only accommodate a certain amount of people.

Can we take pictures?

Answer

We are asking during the ceremony to turn off your phones. We have an AMAZING photographer. After the ceremony it’s free game. Please refrain from posting any photos until we do. If you want photos from the ceremony please reach out and we will gladly get those for you.

Is it a Cash Bar?

The venue does not accept cash. Please bring a card

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We do not have a specific dress code. Please come in what feels comfortable for you! We do ask that you stray from wearing anything white. Thank you!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Roca Berry Farm has two wedding sites! We are located at the Pioneer Barn. Please follow the signage when arriving at the farm
