Can we bring our kids?

Answer

We are allowing children at our ceremony and reception but would like to make you aware of some safety concerns. There is a pool located very close to the dance floor and there is also a pond near the reception area. If keeping a very close eye on your kids will distract you from enjoying the party, we recommend finding a sitter and are happy to help you do so if needed.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, we will have both an outdoor ceremony and reception. Ladies may want to keep this in mind when choosing your shoes as you will have to walk across grass to the ceremony site.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

The deadline is June 10th. You can RSVP online or by mail.

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have reserved a block of rooms at Hotel Belvidere in Belvidere, NJ which is less than 10 minutes away from our venue. Please call and mention us to make a reservation. There is also a Staybride Suites and a Holiday Inn located in East Stroudsburg, PA which is just under 20 minutes away.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please let us know ahead of time if you have any dietary restrictions and they will gladly be accommodated.

Will there be a hotel shuttle?

Answer

We are arranging a shuttle service from Hotel Belvidere to the Chelsea Sun Inn. We are asking that guests arrive to our venue at 4:30PM so that there is time to trolley our guests to the ceremony site at the top of the hill. Therefore, the shuttle will leave the hotel by 4:15pm. There will be a shuttle going back to the hotel after the reception as well.
